Ticketmaster and live nation

The New York Times has a good piece on the Live Nation merger, which features the first interview with the head of the combined juggernaut since the deal was approved by the Feds.

The jury is still out on what this deal will do for the music industry, but "too big to fail" certainly comes to mind here....
