Music Industry Investment Update
There's a nice little snapshot of the status of investment capital in the music industry in Billboard today, which shows up just in time for the Music and Money Symposium in New York later this week.
Bottom lines: VC money is still looking for the winning formula in web-based download/streaming services and Ticketmaster-LiveNation may spawn some activity in the secondary ticketing market.
